Excellent Peruvian food! The restaurant is split into smaller halls which makes a great ambiance. Cebiche was superb, Pisco sour is a must but it can hit hard (go for pisco catedral if you have high tolerance or if you're feeling wild!)

Neighborhood gem. Fantastic cocktails served with house-made sweet potatoes chips, followed by excellent seafood selections. Service was friendly, attentive, and unhurried.

We visited in November and everything was awesome. Exceptional service, great flavors and nice atmosphere. The Pisco Sour is of course to die for. Every single dish was exceptionally good. Pescados Capitales is my first choice to eat at when going back to Santiago

The menu is original and full of creative, well-balanced dishes that celebrate seafood in the best possible way. Every plate we tried was exquisitely prepared and beautifully presented — a real culinary delight. Beyond the food, the service was impeccable: attentive, professional, and friendly without being intrusive. The place is spotless, and you can tell great care is taken in every detail. A wonderful dining experience from beginning to end. Highly recommended.
